For more than twenty years I have spent my working life on a single problem: helping people with painful, arthritic and injured joints understand what is actually happening inside the knee, and what genuinely will, and will not, help. It is unusually specific preparation for the question you are weighing now.

My Master's research, awarded with distinction, compared the injections now offered privately, corticosteroids, hyaluronic acid, PRP and biologic therapies, head to head for knee osteoarthritis. I am continuing that work as a doctoral researcher, which keeps me anchored to what the evidence shows rather than what the marketing claims.

I have performed these injections myself for sixteen years, so I understand Arthrosamid® and its alternatives from the inside, not from a brochure. That is precisely why I keep this assessment independent: I will not be the person injecting you, and I earn nothing from whoever does. POST-ARTHROSAMID REHABILITATION
